Through my own journey, I’ve realized that true healing starts within, and taking full responsibility for my life and outcomes unlocks the power to create the life I truly desire. With over 21 years of experience in traditional business, I’m now bringing my expertise into the digital world, where I’m building a social media presence and holding space for others to heal, grow, and thrive.
As a spiritual life coach, I’ve helped many individuals tap into their inner wisdom and align with their true purpose. I guide people on a transformative path that embraces both spiritual growth and practical action, empowering them to manifest the life they’ve always dreamed of.
I’m also a proud mother of three amazing boys and one beautiful girl, and now, a proud grandmother to six wonderful grandkids—each with their own unique personalities and interests. My family keeps me grounded, and we share cherished memories from summers spent at a small lake near our family home. While raising my kids, balancing family and business was no easy feat, and I often found myself standing in my masculine energy to juggle it all. But as I’ve grown, I’ve learned to embrace the harmony between my masculine and feminine sides, allowing me to lead with both strength and grace.
Today, I’m guiding others in their own healing journeys through practices like ionic foot baths, infrared heated bio-crystal mats, sauna blankets, ice baths, meditation, energetic healing, trauma cycling, and intuitive spiritual life coaching. I’m passionate about helping others heal their bodies, minds, and spirits so they can live in alignment with their true potential.
